These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Florist Manager platform (the "Service"), operated by [LEGAL_ENTITY_NAME] ("we", "the Company"). By creating an account or using the Service, you accept these Terms in full.
Florist Manager is SaaS management software for flower shops that lets you manage orders, stock, customers and reports. The Service is offered under a monthly or annual subscription model, with a 14-day free trial with full access and no credit card required.
When the 14-day trial ends, no automatic charge occurs, since we never collect payment information at signup. To keep using the Service after the trial, you'll need to subscribe to one of the paid plans available.
Plan prices are listed in US dollars (USD) and billed monthly or annually depending on the cycle you choose.
Customers who subscribe during the beta period may access a launch price ("founder price"), which is locked in for that account for as long as the subscription remains active, unless stated otherwise.
Subscription payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record (authorized reseller) for Florist Manager subscriptions. This means Lemon Squeezy is the entity that legally sells the license to use the Service, processes payment, issues the corresponding receipt or invoice, and handles applicable tax compliance (such as VAT) based on the customer's jurisdiction.
By paying for your subscription, you also accept Lemon Squeezy's terms of service as the processor and Merchant of Record for the transaction.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account, with no prior notice required, no penalties, and no minimum commitment. Cancellation takes effect at the next billing cycle; no prorated refunds are issued for the period already paid, unless required by applicable law.
You agree to use the Service lawfully, without infringing third-party rights, without attempting to access other accounts or tenants' information, and without using the Service for fraudulent purposes.
The software, brand, design and other elements of Florist Manager are the property of [LEGAL_ENTITY_NAME]. The data you enter into the Service (orders, customers, inventory, etc.) belongs to you.
As the Service is in active beta, it is under continuous improvement. We make reasonable efforts to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee 100% uninterrupted availability.
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or data loss arising from use of the Service.
We may update these Terms periodically. We'll notify you of relevant changes by email or within the platform. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the new Terms.
